The ideal candidate will be a master storyteller who can translate our mission into compelling visual and written content, fostering a vibrant ecosystem for freelancers and businesses alike.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) to increase brand awareness and user acquisition.
Content Creation: Design high-quality graphics, write engaging copy, and produce short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that highlights platform features and community success stories.
Community Management: Actively engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and moderate discussions to maintain a professional and supportive environment.
Campaign Management: Oversee paid social advertising campaigns and organic "Virtual Office" spotlights to showcase the unique tools available on the platform.
Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), provide monthly reports on growth and engagement, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably for tech platforms or marketplace-driven businesses.
Creative Portfolio: Proven ability to create visually appealing content and a clear brand voice.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and social media scheduling software.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for professional networking.
Mindset: A deep understanding of the "Ubuntu" philosophy—emphasizing community, collaboration, and mutual growth.
